Headway will assist in verifying your insurance benefits and provide an estimate of your expected out-of-pocket cost prior to your appointment. Private Pay

Choose this option when you will be paying directly for your appointment and do not want JADE to bill Aetna or Cigna through Headway. Cash-pay appointments are scheduled securely through the JADE Mental Health and Wellness OptiMantra patient portal, or by calling the office ensuring your payment and booking information are handled with privacy and convenience.
